Grapefruit is an ingredient used in the Paradise Cocktail Bar.
It is one of six fruits that can be blended into Cocktails using the Blender.
Players have the option of upgrading grapefruit to increase the amount a customer pays. The starting price for grapefruit is 7 and the maximum is 12. Experience points are given for each time a player upgrades grapefruit.
