Tuna is an ingredient used in Gourmet Restaurant. It is dipped in sesame seeds and then cooked in a tuna sauté pan. Tuna must be chopped on the cutting board before it can be added to a plate.
Players have the option of upgrading tuna to increase the amount a customer pays for a plate of food. The starting price for a tuna is 4 and the maximum is 16. Experience points are given for each time a player upgrades tuna.
